About Us

Emergency Restoration 911 is a full-service emergency and non-emergency damage restoration company serving Dallas and the surrounding counties. We specialize in the cleanup, restoration, and repair of residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, storms, non-storm-related events, and other disasters.

Founded in 2019 by a property claims adjuster, Emergency Restoration 911 was built around a deep understanding of the insurance claims and property restoration process. Since our founding, we have continued to grow through a trusted network of experienced independent contractors and restoration professionals.

Our corporate office and National Training Center are located in Dallas, Texas, where our team receives ongoing education and specialized training in emergency restoration, mitigation, remodeling, and reconstruction.
